Music
Music is a very important part of our worship service at St. Joseph’s. Our choir and music director create a musical experience that speaks to our hearts and minds.
Beautiful choral and piano/organ music are vital components of all the Sunday services and feast day Solemn Eucharists at St. Joe’s, directed by our choir master/organist, Robert Hennig. The music at St. Joseph’s is extraordinarily diverse – from plainsong and Renaissance masterpieces to gems of the British tradition and contemporary compositions. The choir regularly performs choral works by the old masters and music from the compositions of today.
The 10:30 a.m. choir is a group of dedicated singers. The choir rehearses on Thursdays from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm (paused due to pandemic restrictions). If you love music and having a lot of fun, please feel welcome to join us!
